By installing and using Shopify AI Translator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Shopify AI Translator is an application that provides AI-powered translation services for Shopify stores. The App translates product titles, descriptions, collections, pages, and blog content into multiple languages.

3. Account and Access

  • You must have a valid Shopify store to use the App
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information when using the App

4. Subscription and Billing

Plans

  • Free Plan: Limited features, no charge
  • Basic Plan: $19/month
  • Pro Plan: $49/month

Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the App within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Use the App to translate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the service
  • Resell or redistribute the App's services

7. Intellectual Property

  • The App and its original content are owned by PixelEvolve AB
  • You retain ownership of your store content and translations
  • You grant us a license to process your content for translation purposes

8. Translation Quality

  • Translations are generated by AI and may not be perfect
  • We recommend reviewing translations before publishing
  • We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated translations
  • We offer free re-translation if you're not satisfied with the quality

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelEvolve AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

10. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

11. Termination

  • You may uninstall the App at any time
  • We may terminate access for violation of these terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
