Infrastructure Providers
We use the following services to host and operate the App:
- Fly.io: Application hosting
- Neon: Database storage (PostgreSQL)
- Upstash: Redis caching and job queues
All providers are selected for their security practices and compliance standards.

- Active Accounts: We retain your data while your App subscription is active
- Uninstallation: When you uninstall the App, we retain data for 30 days before deletion
- Translations: Stored translations are deleted upon uninstallation
- Logs: Error and usage logs are retained for 90 days
